One day I will be looking at commercial trading patterns and how to best support through marketing initiatives then the following day I will be looking at how we can bring the Lulu tone of voice to life through a social media campaign or how we can suspend giant lips in the windows of our stores in Asia.

Don’t take yourself too seriously and know that with every mistake you learn something. When a project fails it should be seen as a learning curve and not a necessarily as a negative, just make sure you implement those learnings next time!
I don’t know if I can pin point one defining moment but having been an integral part of two global brands (All Saints prior to LG) and seeing the impact my concepts have had on those businesses is definitely a great achievement for me.

1) Don’t be afraid to work hard, it really does pay off. 2) Grow a thick skin as the fashion industry is wonderful in many ways but equally as tough. 3) Make yourself indispensable, I have employed several of the best interns I had because our team was noticeably better off when they were working with us.

I love boxing, I have a personal trainer who I do one on one with twice a week as find that it is such an amazing way to deal with stress and keep fit. I also love spending time with my family and friends, I have such a wonderful set of people in my life and being around them always makes me happy.
