I originally trained in Womenswear design and gained a first class honours. I went on to design for Burberry and Allsaints. During my time at Allsaints I started to go to Columbia Road flower market most Sunday's and this sparked my obsession with flowers, from there I started a part time course in floristry and then went onto study at Mcqueens and worked there until I felt ready to launch Wild Wood London.
I love the variety of projects. From fashion shows, press days, magazine shoots to weddings and bespoke bouquets. Every day is different and I love the mix of business and creative aspects of my job.
I decided at 28 that I wanted to be a florist so it is still quite a recent transition but I absolutely love it.

I try to push out of my comfort zones continuously and within the first three months of starting Wild Wood London I had to create 100 vases for a prestigious event, I had to assemble a team of 6 and I felt immense satisfaction when the client gave incredible feedback after the event.
I am not a mother but would like to have kids in the future and continue to run Wild Wood London, I am surrounded by working mothers and admire them immensely. It definitely takes planning and a support system to enable both to work.
If I don’t have an event I turn off my phone every Sunday and have complete digital detox, it's heaven!
